Joel and Gaby offer a wide range of consulting services but we do not specialize in every aspect of business. Joel has over 15 years of business process, retail marketing, and team management experience and Gaby has 20 years of Graphic and Web Design experience. In the last decade, both have honed their crafts of photography with Joel having an interest in video production. They have worked on production projects with viewership upwards of 10 million viewers on both a professional and volunteer basis.

We don't sugar coat it, we say "no" to more prospective clients than we say "yes" to. This includes some who want to work with us. We first have a discovery meeting to get to know you and your business and on this meeting, we try to, at a high level, understand where you are personally or as a business, and where you want to be. This needs to be clearly defined. This needs to have a timeframe. Rarely do we offer any actionable perspective at this point. We are here to learn and observe. After this meeting, if we feel we can help, we discuss how and what the next steps would be. We are in it for the long haul. Most of our clients have been our clients for years and for some, nearly a decade. We're not in the business of making you feel good. We want you to confidently rock the niche that you're carving out in the market.

We work on a 6-month or 12-month contract basis on a monthly retainer. This can be billed directly. Depending on the needs of the business and your budget, we may meet monthly, bi-weekly, or even weekly, via videoconference or in person. In more complex situations, including those that need constant on-site review of processes and best practices, custom consultancy packages may require more in-person meetings and visits.

Every business is different! Some leaders have personal milestones and fulfilling goals they want to achieve. Some businesses have hard numbers to hit and year-over-year growth to indicate success. Some start-ups need a specific ROI. Our initial free consultation uncovers this.

While we can get you in touch with talented professionals in many fields, we also can handle some work in-house for web and graphic design, photo and video projects, and digital marketing. We no longer offer social media services.
